Welcome to SOULMET! Please carefully review Soulmet's ("Soulmet," "We," "Our") Terms of Use. Soulmet offers a service that enables Soulmet Account holders to create unique personal profiles and connect with other members based on their location. These Terms govern your access to and use of Soulmet's social networking services available through our mobile apps (collectively referred to as "Apps"). For clarity, we refer to the Sites, our services, and the Apps collectively as the "Services."

Leveraging our robust data analytics capabilities, we assist you in precisely matching and connecting with friends on our platform, fostering personalized, relevant, and meaningful social connections and dialogues. Furthermore, we continuously innovate and develop technologies, and design our systems to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience, enabling you to connect and share through real-time video, chat, text messaging, as well as by sharing photos, interests, music, videos, and engaging in conversations effortlessly.

The Apps is safeguarded by copyright laws, international treaties, and other intellectual property regulations. It contains trade secrets and confidential information that belong solely to soulmet. You agree to keep this information confidential.All rights to the Apps and Services, along with any related documents, updates, modifications, and improvements, belong exclusively to soulmet and its licensors. The Apps is licensed to you, not sold. You do not own it. No hidden rights, permissions, or interests in copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, inventions, or other intellectual property are granted to you. Soulmet explicitly reserves all rights to the Apps and Services that are not directly given to you in this agreement.

Your Account

You are responsible for everything that happens in your account, so it's vital that you keep it secure. To do this, choose a strong, unique password and don't use it anywhere else.

6.2 Your Content – be careful with what you share

"Content" refers to various types of materials like videos, audio (such as music or other sounds), images, photos, text (including dialogues, comments, and scripts), branding elements (like brand names, trademarks, service marks, or logos), interactive features, software, metrics, and more. These can be provided by you, Soulmet, or third parties through the Soulmet App or Soulmet Web.

You are responsible for all content you publish or display on the Service and any information you send to other Members.By posting any content in the public areas of the Apps, you grant us a non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publicly perform, and display that content.

This includes distributing part or all of the mobile application and website in any media format and through any channels. You confirm that: (i) you own the content you post or have the right to grant this license, and (ii) your content does not violate anyone's privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, or other intellectual property rights. You agree to pay any royalties or fees owed because of the content you post.

The following is a partial list of content that is illegal or prohibited on the mobile application and website. We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against anyone who violates these terms, including removing offending content and terminating their membership.

Paid Services

Soulmet provides paid services to users, but it's important to understand that we don't directly receive or process any payments or credit card information. Instead, you have the option to purchase these paid services through your App Store or Google Play account, which we refer to as a "Third Party Account."

If you choose to purchase any paid services through your Third Party Account, the associated fees will be charged to your account. Please keep in mind that Soulmet does not have control over the terms and conditions of your Third Party Account, so it's important to review them carefully before making any purchases.

Once you make a payment to Soulmet for access to and use of our services, that payment is considered final. This means that all charges are non-refundable, so please make sure you're satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the Soulmet Parties will not be liable to you or any third party for any damages that arise, including:

Termination

In any situation, the total liability of the Soulmet Parties will not exceed the amount you paid to Soulmet for any products or services you purchased through the services during the six months prior to any claim you make. This limitation applies even if the remedies provided do not achieve their intended purpose.

Some regions have laws that do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, which means that not all of these limitations may apply to you. In such cases, the liability of the Soulmet Parties will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by the law applicable to you.

Additionally, you and Soulmet agree that if you want to take legal action related to the Services, you must do so within one year from when the issue occurred. If you fail to do this, you will permanently lose the right to pursue that claim.

General

Soulmet reserves the right to update its Terms of Service periodically. Whenever we make an update, we will change the "Last Modified" date on the updated Terms to reflect the change. By continuing to use our Services, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the updated Terms, which will replace any previous versions.

It's important to note that you must comply with all relevant export control and trade sanctions laws. Our Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Soulmet concerning the use of our Services. If you don't agree with our Terms, we ask that you discontinue using our Services immediately.
